Release of Liability Terms

I as a Sponsor or Booth Applicant or Booth Vendor or Participant at Vedic Fair after having read the following, agree and do hereby release, acquit and hold harmless “Ashirwad A Blessing Temple” and their subsidiaries, associated entities, officers, directors, employees and volunteers from any and all liability arising from any and all claims of whatsoever nature associated with “Ashirwad A Blessing Temple” or “Vedic Fair” or “Fort Bend Diwali”. Whether arising from me or my employees or volunteers negligence, gross negligence, or intentional conduct or negligence, gross negligence, or intentional conduct, of ” Ashirwad A Blessing Temple ” , “Vedic Fair” and “Fort Bend Diwali” and their subsidiaries, associated entities, officers, directors, employees and volunteers.
